One of Prima Magazine's 'Ten of The Best Knitting Kits for Beginners' 2016
You may have spotted the Plump Flump in one of your favourite knitting magazines (he has popped up all over the place!) and this kit is our customers' absolute favourite too.
Containing everything you need* to make one Flump in the self-striping colour of your choice, this kit uses just the basics of knitting- and includes instructions illustrating how to cast on, cast off and use knit and purl stitches. No need to change colours as you knit either, as the self-striping Fair Isle wool does all the hard work for you (and an extra little skein of wool is included too, ‘just in case’ of mistakes.) The kit comes with plenty of stuffing, but you can weigh your Flump down with something heavier to make a doorstop or a bright bookend for a child's room.
If one Flump just isn't enough, we also have an excellent value Two Plump Flumps Knit Kit
Kit contains: plenty of wool, bamboo knitting needles, plastic darning needle, thread, felt, stuffing, beads, simple-to-follow full-colour illustrated instructions, (and a promise of full post-purchase help just in case you get stuck!) all packed in a gorgeous presentation box, decorated with stars and tied with a handwritten tag, ribbon and heart button. You can also opt to personalise you Flump with a single initial- we'll pop in a personalising pack for no extra charge.

*metal sewing needle not included for safety reasons
